Kirkland's - Tips & Tricks | Using Solar Lighting for the Summer

Summertime is full of evenings spent on the patio, and sometimes a little extra light is a nice, needed touch. While you could choose something traditional, we recommend looking at solar power to provide the perfect lighting.

Solar lights are our favorite way to add light to your outdoor space this summer. They’re affordable and energy efficient. They don’t use electricity, which saves you even more money over time, and did we even mention how great they look? They’re also incredibly versatile, meaning they’re a great option for all spaces, small or large.

If you want to step out of your comfort zone and try solar lights, here are a few basic tips and tricks to consider.

  1. Decide how you want to use your solar lights. Do you want them to be more functional or decorative? Are you looking to light a pathway or add some character to your garden?
