5 Ways to Stay Organized in the New Year

The holidays are over and the Christmas decorations have come down. And now it seems like there’s just stuff everywhere! The start of the new year is the best time to declutter and organize our homes. From the entryway to the bedroom, we love to have everything tidied up while still displaying our style.

Here are five ways to help you make your home a little more beautiful and lot more organized.

Baskets + Basket Stands

Baskets are the easiest way to keep things organized. They can serve as a catch-all and slide out of sight. Or, if you want to keep them on display, use a monogram storage bin. Need even more storage space? Try a tiered option like our Black Metal Basket Stand.

Wall Shelves + Hooks

Hooks and shelves may be simple, but they are total lifesavers. You can use hooks to hang everything from your coat to your favorite mugs. A hanging shelf is the perfect place to show off your favorite decorative accessories or organize extra items in a room.

Entryway Coat Rack

If you’re limited on space in your entryway, try an entryway coat rack. This will help keep your shoes, coats, and purses tidy and organized. With a small bench, this is the perfect spot to put your shoes on before heading out the door.

Functional Furniture

Finding furniture that can serve multiple purposes is key. In need of a new console table? Make sure it has shelves for extra storage and add baskets to keep it organized. Or, find an storage ottoman that doubles as a spot to store extra blankets.

Office Storage

If you’re working from home, it’s important to have a work space that’s clean and organized. These wooden word crates are a great way to store a little bit of everything!
