This year, Cinco de Mayo falls on the best day of the week: Taco Tuesday! And you can bet that we’ll be celebrating at home with a delicious margarita in hand.

✨Fresh Pico de Gallo Recipe ✨

•8 Roma tomatoes, diced

•3 jalapeños, diced

•1 Serrano pepper, diced

•1/2 red onion, diced

•1/2 white onion, diced

•2-3 limes, juiced

•1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

•1/2 tsp salt

•Cumin to taste

•Splash of olive oil

Mix all your ingredients together and you’re good to go! It’s even better if you let it marinade over night.
