How to Make a Halloween Snack Board
It’s spooky season, y’all! With Halloween almost here, we’re ready to eat, drink, and be scary! What better way to get in the spirit than with a Halloween snack board? This board is super fun to make and even better to eat.
Whether you prefer salty or sweet, this charcuterie style board has something for everyone! Follow along to see how you can create your own spooky snack board.
First, start with a large platter or wood board to hold all of your snacks. Second, use small bowls or plates as your anchors to hold smaller candies. You can also add in any fun Halloween decor to make your board extra spooky!
After you have your larger pieces in place, starting filling in your board around them. Create small clusters of each snack, angling them sideways across the board or wrapping them around your anchors. Once you’re done, fill in any holes with leftover snacks. From popcorn and trail mix to candy corn and sugar cookies, this snack board has a little something for everyone!
Pro Tip: If you want to get really creative with your board, grab some black icing and googly eyes to bring your snacks to life!
Using a large board to stage the snacks is key, but if they don’t fit on just one board, you can use smaller boards or platters for those leftover snacks. Don’t forget to decorate with pumpkins!
