Living Room Refresh for Under $150 with Christina Goldsmith

We’re back with another budget refresh! Christina Goldsmith’s latest blog post is a $150 living room transformation, and she’s kindly agreed to repost the items she’s taken home and share refresh tips below. We love how she’s leveraging small pieces for maximum impact, and we’re confident you’ll find some inspiration in her pictures and words.

Refreshing a room or doing an impactful budget-friendly makeover doesn’t have to break the bank, because small details can have a big effect on a space.

With a budget of $150, I took our formal living room from drab to fab in one afternoon by simply swapping out the pillows and adding a few accessories.

I’ve always loved shopping at Kirkland’s for budget-friendly décor (and p.s. - they’ve been one of my go-to stores for table lamps for years), so it’s awesome that they’ve kept up with trends and expanded their selection of home décor styles at the same budget-friendly price point.

I was happy with this room before…

But I’m in love with it now! I have a thing for contrast and the timelessness of black and white with pops of green. It’s so crisp and so refreshing!

If online shopping is your preference over visiting the store, then you’re in luck because Kirkland’s has an even bigger selection of their budget-friendly home décor online!

What are some of your favorite budget-friendly ways to makeover a room??

XO,
Christina
