These pumpkin spice cookies (with chocolate chips) give you a taste of fall in every single bite, and did we mention they’re unbelievably easy to make? You only need three ingredients and a tiny bit of time!

Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield: ~2 dozen
1 Box Spice Cake Mix
1 Can of Pumpkin Puree
Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together cake mix and pumpkin puree. Once combined, add in mini chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a 1 tbsp scoop to add cookies to prepared baking sheet. Cookies will not expand so you can leave a minimal space between them.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Let cookies cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or add frosting if desired.
