Four Ingredient Berry Lemonade Popsicles

The weather is starting to warm up and we couldn’t be more excited! If you’re like us, you’re probably searching for new ways to keep your kids occupied while we’re stuck at home. A fun (and delicious) idea is to make a treat together!

This DIY popsicle recipe is easy and much healthier than candy. It’s refreshing and inexpensive, and it requires little time. Just freeze for a few hours and serve on a stylish tray. You might even already have all of the ingredients at home!

You’ll want to save this recipe to make again during the summer heat. Now is the perfect time to get your front porch ready with new outdoor seating, colorful pillows, and decorative planters!

Ingredients

  • Lemonade

  • 1 package of blueberries

  • 1 package of raspberries

  • Mint

Instructions

  • Divide blueberries and raspberries equally between 7 or 8 dixie cups

  • Top with lemonade of your choice and place popsicle sticks in the middle

  • Put finished cups together on a small pan and freeze until set – approximately 4 hours

  • Remove dixie cups and enjoy!

Feel free to try your own spin on these popsicles by swapping the ingredients to your favorite fruits. Try limeade instead of lemonade. Freeze them in a fun shape. We’re confident you can come up with something even more delicious than our creation.
